To reserve your date, we require a signed contract and a deposit. Once we receive both, your date is officially secured and removed from our availability calendar.

No, we believe in transparent pricing. Our venue rental fee includes everything listed on our Additional Offerings page. Additional fees would only apply for services beyond the standard package, such as extended hours or special requests, which we'd discuss with you in advance.

Yes! You're welcome to work with vendors of your choice. We have a list of preferred vendors who are familiar with our venue and have consistently provided excellent service, but you're not required to use them. All outside vendors must provide proof of insurance.

We have relationships with several excellent caterers who are familiar with our kitchen and facility. We're happy to provide recommendations, but you're welcome to bring in your own caterer as well.

Yes, you may serve alcohol at your event. You can either hire a licensed bartending service or obtain the appropriate permits for self-service. We have a designated bar area, and your caterer or bartending service should provide their own alcohol and supplies.

We have beautiful indoor backup options! The barn can accommodate your ceremony if needed, and we have covered outdoor areas as well. We'll work with you to create a backup plan that ensures your day is perfect, rain or shine.
